Welcome to Emerald Fresh Services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Emerald Fresh Services provides cleaning and maintenance services throughout most of Ireland. The scope and specifics of our services will be agreed upon with you in writing, and any additional services may be added or removed upon mutual agreement.
2. Service Agreement
By booking a service with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Any changes to the service schedule or scope must be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice may result in cancellation fees or rescheduling delays.
3. Payments
Payment for services must be made according to the terms outlined in your agreement. Invoices will be sent via email, and payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via bank transfer or credit card.
Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your service by giving us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may be applied.
Refunds will only be issued for services not performed or if the cancellation was made within the acceptable timeframe.
5. Liability
Emerald Fresh Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
6. Use of the Website
By using our website, you agree to the following:
- You will not use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
- You will not interfere with the operation of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.
- All information you provide through the website must be accurate and up to date.
